The annual 4,000 Steps for Diabetes Glow Run is back on!  This year the race will be a physical race outside GCT Jr. High in Paragould.  Lets all come together as a community to help support research for Type 1 Diabetes and other community diabetes efforts while having fun!

Here's how it works...

Step 1. Register to run or walk the event and invite your friends to join!  You can make your own team and go crazy with costumes and glow accessories!

Step 2. Pick up your t-shirt (black with neon this year!) and packet at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center on November 12th, details to follow. If unable to pickup your shirt/packet at this time, please call 239-7155 to make arrangements.

Step 3. Show up on November 13th at 6:00 to walk/run the official Eagle Mile course.   Post a picture of your run to Facebook or Instagram using #AMMCGlowRun!  

Step 4: Enjoy the thrill of just helping a very deserving cause!
