Welcome to Kirk Field, Paragould's city-owned, general aviation airport. Established in July of 1958, Kirk Field is located one mile northwest of the city center and occupies 220 acres. The primary runway measures 4,500 feet in length and is served by a partial parallel taxiway that extends most of the runway. The other runway is a turf crosswind runway measuring 2,500 feet in length.
While no aircraft services are provided, there is 100 LL and Jet A self-service fuel available with a credit card. Uncovered tie-downs are also available with restaurants within walking distance.

Roger has been a pilot since 1983 and shares his love of flying by being a long-time member of the Paragould Pilots Association. Roger has served as the Airport Manager since March of 2011. As the Airport Manager, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Paragould Airport/Kirk Field.
Duties include operations, maintenance, FAA & ADEQ compliance, planning and promotion of airport services, projects and programs. The Paragould Airport is dedicated to serving the aviation community.
**PUBLIC NOTICE FOR AIRPORT PROJECTS**
The City of Paragould, AR as sponsor for the Kirk Field Airport hereby announces its proposed FY 2019-2021 Triennial DBE Goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) airport construction projects as indicated below:
Fiscal Year 2019: No Project
Fiscal Year 2020: Construct Taxiway A Extension: 4.31%
Fiscal Year 2021: No Project
Overall Three-Year DBE Goal FY19-FY21: 4.31%
A teleconference will be held on April 3rd, 2020 from 10AM to 11AM Central Standard Time for the purpose of consulting with stakeholders to obtain information relevant to the goal setting process. The Airport’s DBE goal methodology is based on what the airport anticipates receiving for FY 2019-2021. Significant changes to the projects as stated will require an amendment to the DBE goal.

The City of Paragould, AR/Kirk Field Airport has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program in accordance with regulations of the U. S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26. The City of Paragould, AR/Kirk Field Airport has received Federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation and as a condition of receiving this assistance the City of Paragould, AR/Kirk Field Airport has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 26 (hereafter referred to as “Part 26”).
It is the policy of the City of Paragould, AR/Kirk Field Airport to ensure that DBEs as defined in Part 26 have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in DOT-assisted contracts.
