The Greene County Skills Pipeline is a six-week cohort program consisting of twelve sessions, each lasting one and a half hours. It's tailored to individuals aged 18 and above, aiming to impart both soft skills and technical expertise.
The GCSP program offers practical, hands-on training in specific tracks led by experienced professionals in trades like welding, construction, and industrial operations.
Soft skills encompass non-technical yet invaluable competencies crucial for job seekers to secure employment and excel in their roles. These skills encompass areas such as financial literacy, resume writing, crafting cover letters, mastering interviews, and presenting oneself confidently.
After finishing the GCSP Program, participants will emerge with enhanced skills and knowledge, empowering them to confidently step into the workforce and pursue a fulfilling career path.
