The purpose of the Board of Directors is to establish policy and procedures for the corporation and the operation of its facilities; to authorize the officers of the corporation to act on behalf of the corporation; to borrow money and enter into agreements with lending institutions; to review and approve actions by committees established herein and ad hoc committees established by the Board; to elect officers; and to amend By-Laws.
